Vera Brisdon (nee Nunn)
DESCRIPTION OF RECORD:
Vera Nunn was born at Blackwater near Christchurch in 1919, the daughter of a policeman. She joined the Bournemouth Borough Police during WWII, and later married Police Inspector Stanley Brisdon, The Society holds the family history collection that she left on her death, which includes family war medals, logs, badges and certificates.
